Super Slim – Sony Cyber-shot T10

Do you have a digital camera? I personally like Canon and Sony digital cameras most. If I want a buy a DSLR camera, I’ll go for Canon EOS series, but if I’m looking for a compact digital camera, I’ll definitely choose a Sony. Sony’s T series is my favourite - they always have big screens and satisfying CCD and optical zooms. Most importantly, they also have very slim bodies and now they have added sexier colour options in the new T10 range. It has almost been 3 years since Sony introduced its first Cyber-shot T1. Let’s have a look at the product timeline of the Sony T series:
  • October 2003 - Sony DSC-T1 (5.0 Megapixel, 3x Optical Zoom)
  • March 2004 - Sony DSC-T11 (5.0 Megapixel, 3x Optical Zoom)
  • August 2004 - Sony DSC-T3 (5.0 Megapixel, 3x Optical Zoom)
  • January 2005 - Sony DSC-T33 (5.0 Megapixel, 3x Optical Zoom)
  • March 2005 - Sony DSC-T7 (5.0 Megapixel, 3x Optical Zoom)
  • July 2005 - Sony DSC-T5 (5.0 Megapixel, 3x Optical Zoom)
  • October 2005 - Sony DSC-T9 (6.0 Megapixel, 3x Optical Zoom)
  • March 2006 - Sony DSC-T30 (7.1 Megapixel, 3x Optical Zoom)
After the T30, Sony recently launched its newest T10 into New Zealand. It comes with 4 colours - black, white, silver and pink, and uses 7.2 megapixel CCD, a Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar lens with 3x optical zoom and it has a 2.5” LCD screen. Plus, it employs double blur reduction function.
